In 2018, the 10th edition of EC2VC is partnering with Healthequity, Meditecnologia, COMB and eHealth Hub to gather over 150 digital health investors in Sitges and create the must-attend event investment forum and pitch competition. Other collaborators include Barcelona Activa – Ajuntament de Barcelona, ESADE-BAN and Biocat.
What’s the deal for investors?

What’s the deal for startups and SMEs?
EC2VC includes a dynamic pitch competition for startups and SMEs looking for funding. 12 companies will be selected and invited to present their solutions in front of a jury of influential digital health investors. Pitch presenters will introduce their solutions in a 4-minute pitch, followed by 6 minutes of Q&A.
2 winners will be announced in 2 categories:
-”Shoot”, for companies pitching for their first investment
-”Bloom”, for companies having already received private funding and looking for follow up investment.
Selection criteria: unique value proposition / scalability / user momentum or pilot/implementation programmes or commercial traction / UX design.
Eligibility criteria: headquarters in Europe + solution is live and available + company is actively looking for seed or follow up investment.
