Fresh Health 2.0 solutions powered by AI are making the news every day, but their true potential is yet to be unleashed and their implementation in the clinical settings remain sporadic. Do all these solutions really use AI? And are we prepared to use them in the operating theatre, care-homes, waiting rooms, and GP offices?
The IX eHealth Roadshow will take place in the frame of HIMSS & Health 2.0 European Conference and is a free service aiming at building capacities and promoting an entrepreneurial spirit in European eHealth SMEs. The session will feature a high-level panel of CIOs and executives to discuss the current situation on the market, with a special focus on tools for hospitals, and providers. Highly innovative SMEs with a market-ready solution will be selected to present their solution and will profit from the valuable feedback given by the expert committee in Q&A session. Therefore, the Health 2.0 Showcase/ eHealth Roadshow offers a targeted and small scale on-site “mentoring” by high calibre stakeholders which will raise awareness to the solution boosting further commercialisation.
Best practices in Europe will be showcased with a closer look given to how AI technologies can change the way we think about symptom checking, pain management, therapy or the better management of care in a hospital environment.
The event is organised as part of the EU initiative eHealth Hub, one of whose aims is to support commercialisation within the eHealth sector.
